- Now Stage Priority prevents user from completing the stage rather than from accessing it

- You can make "New Case" shortcut unavailable for a user by unselecting "ReACT Today New Case Entry Shortcut" check box on User Details page
- When a case ID is generated for a new case, the "Abort" button is shown instead of "Cancel" now

- When you create a new stage and then go to add a new case stage note for that stage, and then cancel adding of the stage note, you are taken to previous page now (no errors shown now)

- On ReACT today, only those officers are shown in a tree view that are marked as Case Officers now
- Correspondence template margins are 2.54cm on each side and 1.25cm on header and footer on print out now
- When in SSL mode attempting to generate a correspondence template within an additional note, the user is not prompted with security messages anymore
- By message subject "ASB" and "General Complaints" email notifications can be distinguished now
- After adding the first case type to a case, its default stage is added. After that, if you select a company on page Reporting, its default stage is not added anymore

Features implemented:
- A new merge field {CaseReceived} has been added to the "Correspondence Templates"
- When a staff officer’s Case Entry permission is "None" and having performed a quick search he is creating a new person, he can use a post code lookup now
- When a new answer type is added to Administration / Satisfaction Forms and then an officer is printing already created feedback form by clicking on Print icon on page Satisfaction Form, he can see a print form updated with the new question
- When creating a new case from Quick Note entry, you have to select the role of the individual who you logged the quick note for and then you can also add another individual, i.e. the Add button is visible now
- When an invalid login account is attempted, the user has the choice of ASB and GC again now
- When a case incident of say priority level 2 is generated on a case but then the case officer wants to edit the case incident to a level 1 case type and then re-assign the case to somebody else he is permitted to do this now
- You can define multiple closure notes now
- A warning message that was shown on Add Closure Note page has been removed

- If the Approachable flag is raised against an individual and this individual is linked with many cases, then the approachable warning triangle icon is displayed against every instance of this individual on ReACT Today

- You can define those template(s) that will be available for adding as an acknowledgement letter to a case when you click on a button "Acknowledgement Letter"
- When you click on "Acknowledgement Letter" button on Reporting tab, "Add Note" page opens with a drop down box "Type" that is not predefined, so you can select your acknowledgement letter
- The fields "User Fixed" and "User Text" have been removed from the Closure Note
- For a new case you can any case types with any authentication level, even with the level higher than yours
- When you add a new case from Add Pending Note page, field "Notify" is not visible any more
- A user at area or sub area level can search on all cases similar to a user at region level, but he/she cannot open the case unless it is in his/her area/sub-area
- On additional notes tab, there are displayed only the first 3 lines of the details of notes
